This sums up the last year and 12+ weeks for us. TobyMac knows, as he lost a child as well. I will claim right along with TobyMac that God has been there every step of this journey faithfully. Yes, it has been a hard year, and no, I hope no one must walk a similar journey but I pray you will find God faithful if you do. He keeps His promises. “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5 During Briella’s 12 weeks after diagnosis I quoted Jennifer Tucker on Briella’s Caring Bridge from her Breath as Prayer book, “You may not get the miracle you ask for, but you will always get the miracle you need: God with you. And that is the greatest miracle of all.” We didn’t get the miracle of Briella being healed here on earth, but God has never left us. He is walking with us every moment and carries us when we feel as if we can’t go on. HE IS ALWAYS GOOD!
